1. What types of clothing do you offer?
We offer unsorted clothing, outlet clothing and various accessories such as handbags. Our assortment also includes swimwear and underwear.
2. Can I order women’s, men’s and children’s clothing?
Our clothing packages are divided by gender, which makes it easier to match the assortment to the needs of customers. We offer women’s, men’s and children’s clothing.
3. What are the minimum and maximum order quantities?
The minimum order for unsorted clothing is 100 kg. In the case of outlet clothing, we offer boxes weighing from 15 to 27 kg.
4. What does the price list look like – does the price depend on the weight, type or quality of the goods?
The price depends on the category and brand of clothing – the more expensive the brand, the higher the price.
5. Are there any themed packages or sets (e.g. winter, summer, for children, etc.)?
Yes, our packages are divided by gender and season, which makes it easier to choose the right assortment.
6. What forms of payment do you accept (bank transfer, card, cash on delivery, etc.)?
On-site, we accept cash, card and phone payments. For distance purchases, payment by bank transfer, BLIK or via Przelewy24 is available.
7. How does the order process work – can I register an account, or is a one-time order enough?
You can register an account, but selling is also possible without registration.
8. How much are the shipping costs and what do they depend on?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order. For unsorted clothing, the shipping price starts from PLN 205 net, while for outlet clothing from PLN 25.
9. Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount?
We offer free shipping for orders over 100 kg of outlet clothing.
10. How long does it take to process the order and deliver the goods?
Delivery time is:
» for outlet clothing: 24-48 hours,
» for used clothing: 24-72 hours.
11. Can I collect my order in person (e.g. at our headquarters or warehouse)?
Yes.
12. Do you offer discounts or promotions for regular customers or for larger orders?
Yes, we offer discounts when buying 2 to 3 packages, depending on the brand of products.
13. Do you provide advisory support for new customers (e.g. in selecting the assortment)?
Yes, we will be happy to advise and present the assortment on site at the wholesaler.
14. Can I order a sample of the goods before placing a larger order?
We do not have sample packages, but you can view the assortment on site before buying.
15. Do you also ship abroad? If so, what are the conditions?
Yes, we ship orders, but prepayment to the account is required.
16. What type of sales documents do you issue (VAT invoice, receipt)?
Proforma invoice and VAT.
17. Is it possible to view the goods before purchase (e.g. in the warehouse)?
Yes, you can view the assortment, we will be happy to present it.
